2. Description of Service
ResumeChecker provides AI-powered resume screening and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) checking services. Users can upload resumes to receive feedback on their screening probability, percentile ranking, and optimization suggestions.
3. User Accounts
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Payments
Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased and used to unlock full resume analysis and optimization features. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
- 1 Credit = â‚ą49 (INR)
- Bulk discounts available: 5+ credits (5% off), 10+ credits (10% off)
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
5. User Content
By uploading your resume, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your resume content.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload malicious files or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer or extract our AI models
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Share account credentials with others
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, our AI-generated feedback should not be considered professional career advice. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
ResumeChecker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
